There won't be a big list but here are my top 3:

1. Sisko took over the Defiant from Smiley and took on the Klingon Battle cruiser and kicked it's ass in the mirror universe
2. Janeway took Voyager and flew it between a binary pulsar to shake off aliens in "The Scientific Method"
3. Picard took the helm and navigated the Enterprise threw a booby trapped minefields using only 2 thrusters..

For me it's TNG. Uniform change, Geordi becoming Chief Engineer, Dr. Pulaski in Beverly out, even Worfs forehead prosthetics changed.

This Year I understand Dabo's buyout is 57 million with no mitigation clause when means he get's 100% whether is takes another or stops coaching. My question is if Clemson continues this downward trajectory, how much is this costing the school compared to what it will cost to pay Dabo off and thank him for his contribution to the school?

I would much rather keep Dabo and to see him rebuild the program but it's become painfully obvious this new era of college football is not compatible with Dabo's coaching method.

The way this team is playing I'll be surprised to see a .500 record. I remember when Tommy Bowden got fired after the Wake Forest loss I believe the 3rd or 4th game of the season and I wonder if were on a similar path?

All I know is it's a sad time to be a Clemson football fan.

We only get to see the action of the bridge officers and occasionally some medical crisis but in reality I suspect is not very exciting. Every time I watch DS9's "Explorers" I see Julian work up over meeting the person that beat him out for Valedictorian, Elizabeth Lense, only to find out out boring and tedious life on the Lexington was going month without any contact doing busy work.

Life on a Space Station would have a lot more excitement than on a Starship.

I haven't seen this episode in a while and this is one of those solid episodes that created a heck of an ethical dilemma leaving the viewers to think about what was right.

Although Jono/Jeremiah would need a lot of therapy integration into his true community, I think Picard was wrong to give him back to what essentially was his captor who claimed this boy as a spoil of war. I see the in the same way Janeway separated 7 of 9 for the collective and given time to find out who she is and where she came from.

I guess my question, based on the episode and how these characters were created could Jono/Jeremiah have assimilated back to humanity or would he try to kill more or himself?

I realize it's convenient for story telling but it's flawed IMO. There most certainly are species that are far more advanced than the Federation from medicine, AI, Energy, and many other things and these civilizations simply don't care about Warp Speed.

Is Warp Capable the best way to determine if First Contact and the Prime Directive be used?

NOTE: I realize the Prime Directive and First Contact have unique requirements but there is some overlap at times, I'm just trying to make this a broad discussion.

There have been a few instances in movies and TV where it appears the President of the Federation is also the head of the Earth. "Homefront" in DS9 is one example ST IV Movie was another. I'm sure there are more. Anyway, would that mean the President of the Federation is over all planets?

In My head canon I believe the Earth is governed in typical functions and their obligation to the federation is handled accordingly.

I can't recall any Star Trek Episode where a planet got shared by multiple colonies. I'm Not Counting Star Trek V's Shared planet with the Klingon and Romulans because that was a political stunt. I'm just talking about typical colonization.

It's a pretty good deal to get a whole planet to yourselves...

Closest I can recall is Up The Long Ladder (Season 2, Episode 18) where The Bringloidi and The Mariposans were force to live together because of The Mariposans getting caught stealing DNA to Clone some of the Enterprise crew as a viable breeding base.
