23M about 5”10’ and 200 lb
Been in the gym for a while didn’t take it serious till about two years ago pics shown are progress from where I started and to where I am now actually competing and getting much stronger. Started at 220 dropped to 170-180 then I’m back to 200. Any criticism or notes would be appreciated.(I’m mostly training for strength not physique but notes would be nice
