Hey everyone,

I’m having major issues with my Teradek Serv Pro 4K while using VUER and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice.

Technically everything connects, but the video performance is unusable.

In the “camera selection” screen inside VUER, I can see the video feed, but it’s extremely choppy and laggy. Once I enter the main viewing mode, the image never fully loads and stays stuck on a “Loading” screen indefinitely.

Here’s everything I’ve already tried:

• Firmware update
• Factory reset
• Rebooting all devices
• Changing resolution, bitrate, and frame rate
• Testing lower quality settings
• Testing with and without the Link AX booster
• Testing both 2.4GHz and 5GHz
• Trying Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi
• Testing different mobile devices
• Disabling unnecessary settings/features
• Verifying the video source itself is working properly

Despite all of this, the stream is still extremely unstable and unusable.

Has anyone run into this before or found a fix? At this point I’m starting to wonder if the unit itself might be defective.
