This is the longest I've ever been on my nofap journey and have noticed a shortness in my temper. Is this a normal side effect of long-term nofap? I feel extremely angry and easily frustrated. I get impatient with some people and have the urge to lash out. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really do not enjoy the feeling and didn't feel like this when I was in PMO.
