Help please

So about the past month I’ve noticed I’m shedding way more than normal. I started using not your mother’s way to grow shampoo and conditioner about 2 months ago. I’m an athlete so I have to at least get my hair wet in the shower about every 2 or so days. I try to shampoo twice a week and use conditioner about 3-4 times. My products tend to vary, especially now I just try to find something my hair will cooperate with. My most common is Camille rose gel, mielle rosemary crème, and treluxe curl primer, gel, and styling serum. I most often air dry my hair. My curls vary a bit, but the most common is 2c. I have been dying my hair for a long time, but I recently stopped to see if that would help and it hasn’t. Honestly it’s a bit concerning and I hate to see all that hair falling out. Here’s a recent picture: you can see my definition has gone a lot too

Half marathon Plan

So I completed my first ever half marathon in April and I’m already so excited for the next one! I used the Hal Higdon novice 1 and I honestly struggled once I got past mile 11. Any recommendations for a half plan that includes both time for cross training and one day of speed/interval work? I want to be able to continue light lifting as well as lower my pace and feel more confident in finishing strong. Thanks!

So here about 3 months ago I went to the doctor because I was having symptoms relating to iron deficiency. I am always tired, struggle to focus and zone out frequently, shed A TON, often get out of breath despite being in shape, and get headaches often. My doctor didn’t seem to take me very seriously, took my blood and came back and said I had low ferritin levels. I was prescribed basic iron and vitamin c pills to take daily and sent on my way. I try to incorporate iron into my diet more often and I’m consistent with the pills yet I’ve not seen much if any of a change. Here recently I’ve also started shedding way more and I’m worried about it becoming seriously noticeable. Any ideas on if it’s not my iron or if maybe my iron intake isn’t high enough?? I’ve heard lots of stories where doctors don’t take iron deficiency seriously and tend to write it off so I decided to write here with people in my similar situation. Thanks!
