Are my charger nd battery compatible?

Is this third party charger that came w my camera compatible w the battery?

Ai says its not cz maximum battery charging is 8.7v and the chargers is 8.4v wich leads to the battery not charging fully and correctly. :(

Finally my first m43 camera!

So i finnaly got my self a new camera, and its my first "real" camera: the Olympus EM5 II .

Before this i used my phone (s23+) and an ixus 70 that i enjoyed very much.

The lense is nice but the focal length isn't my favorite i like the versatility of being able to zoom in and out in the streets, i am thinking of changing it to the "Olympus M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm f/3.5-5.6"

Its important for me for it to be pancake and small so i can put it in my small bag and take it around wherever i go, please tell me what you think of that and if you recommend something else.

And please share what settings i should maybe tweak and whats the best settings for colors i tried the vivid and ienhanced ones and also the art style monochrome "film grain" and that was fun too.

also want to get a additional battery and a new memory card down the line , does a normal class 10 work well or should i look for a v30 or v60 one?

Please dont hesitate to give any other advices for a beginner in photography AM SO EXITED!

Would a old mft camera always be better than a modern smartphone ??

Is a bigger mft sensor in cameras like the olympus em10 and em5 (mk1 or 2) means the results would always be better than a modern smartphone like the galaxy s24 or s25 or the iphones? In terms of dynamic range and low light photography mainly
