How do i contact potential clients, linkedin or email ? (Part 2)

Can't link the first part here because the moderators will remove it, but you will find it in my profile with the same title, please read it.

So, i tried emailing the architect through the email on his website but he didn't reply.

3 days ago he posted something about his private life on linkedin and i congratulated him without mentioning the connection request or my services ,Deepseek ai said that this is a good approach to make things genuine and that i see him as a human, not just as a business (which is true btw, i don't just see him as a business).

it also said to not message him directly about it and i should "let the connection breathe".

excuse my online etiquette, this is my first time using linkedin, and my first time messaging someone in the west for feedback, pricing and potential work together in the future, but is this important/the right thing to do ?

AI also said, if i'm asking for feedback i should not mention that i'm available for work, because that makes it seem like i used the feedback as a foot in the door, what do you think ?

Also, i noticed he had co-founded a business 4 years ago but from what i understood from his linkedin page he left and started his own business, is it right to ask questions about approaching the other co-founder or other architects ?

I'm an Archviz artist (Architectural Visualization) and i make renders for real estate so that the developer can use in marketing while the real- estate is under construction, how i approach potential clients ?

I found architectural drawings on upwork so i worked on them and rendered the building and i sent a connection request on linkedin to the architect yesterday (Friday), but i still got no response, should i wait longer (because saturday and sunday are the weekend in the west) or should i send an email to the email on his website ?

as for a home builders company, should i send a connection request to the sales director or someone working in sales or should i send an email to the company email on the website ? are people working in sales the right people to let them know about my work and ask for feedback on the quality and the pricing ?

These renders are made in Blender Cycles, is this good quality to get work ?,
how much would you charge for each project ?,
Is approaching someone working in sales in a homebuilders company to get work the right approach ?, More angles and better quality in Behance

I want to turn this image into a tileable one to use it in a 3d software, i have no experience in affinity or photoshop so i don't know what tools to use but i think the process will be something like, select the top left brick and match the color with the top right one and move to the brick below and repeat and so on, what tools or options should i search on youtube to learn how to do this ?
