Hey everyone,

I own a 4-floor apartment in Sector 2, right across from Plumbuita Park, with a beautiful lake view. It has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a huge terrace, a large kitchen, and two adjoining living rooms. It’s fully furnished with high-end furniture, appliances, and TVs.
Since it has been mostly empty for the past few years, I’m considering renting it out. Selling is also an option, although I’d prefer to wait until the planned developments in the area are completed, as I believe they could significantly increase its value.

For those familiar with the Bucharest market, what would you estimate as a reasonable monthly rent and selling price for a property like this?
