Fear of listeria. Dont know if I should talk to a doctor or a psychiatrist?
I have been so anxious about food poisoning lately. I had a milk shake that was out a little over 2 hours and I put it in a fridge and drank some the next day. Its been 3 weeks and now I am having a weird pain in tummy. Should I talk to a doctor or a psychiatrist?
