New Old Home Grounding

Hey y’all! First time posting in here. I’m a commercial fire alarm technician, so I know some stuff but rarely touch anything above 48v.

So I’m sure by the title y’all have a basic idea of what I’m about to ask about. Just bought an older house with a bunch of 2 pin outlets, but there are some “grounded” outlets. So I pulled one off the wall to check and didn’t see any ground wire. Went down to the breaker box and saw a bunch of either GFCI or AFCI breakers. I’ve never dealt with GFCI/AFCI breakers as a substitute for grounding.

  1. Can I replace the rest of the outlets as long as they are on the fancy breakers?

  2. What risks am I taking with my electronics, especially my PC?

3 When you all tell me I should go ahead and get ground wires run, about how much should I expect to pay for a 2k sq ft house with 26 ungrounded outlets?

Thanks in advance for your time and knowledge.
