roommate stole something from me & lied about it, so i stole it back
Hi there! i’m a F26, my roommates are a F24 & a M28. we’ve been living together for a couple years now & we all get along well enough.
Sometimes, I’ve noticed little things of mine going missing. Most often it’s been in the refrigerator & my energy drinks that I bought for myself would t be there. Me & F24 are the only two in the house who drink them so I’d ask if she’d taken them & she’d always say no, but I knew that she did. One day, I just had enough & told her that if she wanted something of mine, she just needed to ask me first.
Now flash forward to now. Both of my roommates are out of town & I’m watching their cat. I was running low on body wash in my shower, so I went to grab my nice, brand new (& expensive!!!) Philosophy body wash from under my bathroom sink, but it’s not there. I checked all of my drawers in my bathroom, my bathroom closet, even my suitcase, & nothing. So, I texted F24 to see if she had seen them & she said no. I was still suspicious, so I went to her bathroom & looked under the sink & there it was, used!!! I took it back & have hidden it in my room, but now I’m having conflicting feelings. Do I put it back & wait if she’ll do it herself? Or am I right to have taken it back?? Please help.
