After a long car ride to Lamar valley she’s relaxing on the porch, smelling the wind. We saw bison, elk, antelope, and a bear. Incredible. She hung out in her car seat and enjoyed the adventure.
Busy day. Saw lots of fascinating things. Cascade locks and fish hatchery and the Bonneville dam are both worth seeing. Beastie got a new toy at the Pendleton Woolen Mill. She did very well in the car and at all the places we visited including a farmers market and dinner outside at a sidewalk table. Now she’s sacked out after dinner and brushing.
Tomorrow is our long car day. 6.5 hours.
We started our adventure today with a stop at the Adelman peony farm in Salem, OR. The colors were amazing and Beastie loved it!! She was doing so great that i gave her a chance to cut loose!! Crazy pap.
She got a new toy that she’s loving. Crinkles, squeaks, different textures. Fun to see the moth ears spread up and out.
