Gym questions
Hi! New here, looking for some advice.
I've been pretty consistent at the gym since last November, but only started watching my diet more closely recently. I'm aiming for high protein, 2000–2500 cals a day to support a slight bulk.
I’m currently working off a hypertrophy split (attached in the thread). First pic is me, the other is my inspiration.
Would love any tips or feedback you gym bros have to offer!
