I started out pretty skinny with very little muscle mass and decided to take training and nutrition more seriously. The biggest challenge for me has always been gaining weight consistently.
For the majority of this progress, I’ve been training 4-5 days per week, mainly using a Push/Pull/Legs style routine. I focus on progressive overload, good form and getting enough volume without completely destroying myself every session.
My diet has gradually increased over time. I’m currently eating around 3,500-4,000+ calories per day, with at least 200 g of protein, and I try to keep fats around 80-90 g while getting most of the remaining calories from carbohydrates.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is that consistency matters much more than having the “perfect” program. There were plenty of periods where my weight barely moved, but continuing to train and eat consistently eventually added up.
Still a long way to go, but I’m pretty happy with the difference between 70 and 84 kg.

Looking for someone to share ideas and receive advice on how to rebuild and maintain a healthy and sustainable workout routine. I would also appreciate having a friendly and reliable accountability buddy for workouts. Gay, bi and curious straight guys above the age of 25 are all welcome!
6'6” and 100kg trying to push to 110kg looking for advice on transitioning into a proper heavyweight bulk
Hey everyone,
Long story short, I’m 23, stand at 6'6”, and right now I’m sitting around 100kg. I started taking lifting seriously last October when I was down at 85kg, but I only really locked in and got intentional about my weight gain strategy about a month ago. The end goal for me isn't to look like a shredded fitness modelI want to build a genuinely thick, massive, powerful frame with some proper old-school beef and mass. I'm completely fine taking up space.
Here’s where my numbers and setup are currently at:
The bulk rate: Aiming for a steady gain of about 0.5kg a week up to 110kg.
Food: Tracking 3,190 calories a day split into 219g protein, 106g fat, and 338g carbs.
Training: Running an upper/lower hypertrophy split based on Jeff Nippard’s fundamentals program, focusing heavily on compounds, progressive overload, and building a solid strength foundation.
I’d love to get some thoughts from anyone who’s been down this road, especially the taller or lankier guys:
Calories & rate of gain: At 6'6" and 100kg pushing toward 110kg at 0.5kg a week, does 3,190 cals sound like a solid sweet spot to start, or should I expect to bump that up as my mass increases?
Appreciate any advice, critiques, or shared experiences. Cheers!

Any other LGBTQ+ people here using GLP-1s?
I noticed there aren’t a ton of spaces specifically for LGBTQ+ people going through weight loss with medications like Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, tirzepatide or semaglutide, so I started a private Facebook support group.
It’s LGBTQ+ focused, allies are welcome, and it’s just meant to be another supportive space to talk about progress, nutrition, side effects, fitness, body image and everything that comes along with the journey.
If the mods are okay with it, I’m happy to share the link!

I'd really like some solid advice for shedding 20 or so pounds. Biggest hold backs are my time commitments and changing habits. Prefer something simple over very complicated.
I don't want to be chiseled or ripped just smooth out the belly and tone it up.

About a year's progression, my mind tells me there's not that much difference at all, so what do you guys think? Body dysmorphia is strong around here, but I'm still glad with the progress I made!
As we say where I'm from, it's not much but it's honest work.
If you’re struggling right now, KEEP GOING. ❤️
Progress isn’t always pretty. Some days you’ll feel unstoppable, and other days you’ll wonder if anything you’re doing is even working.
But those hard days? They still count.
Keep showing up. Keep making the next good choice. Keep reminding yourself why you started.
You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to not give up. 💪🔥
Your future self is going to be SO damn proud you kept going. ❤️
