Woooohoo!! Okayyy body recomp, I SEE YOU 👀🔥
Since July 3rd I’m down over 16 lbs, and it’s not just weight coming off:
🔥 Body fat: down
💪 Muscle: up
Just this month alone:
⬇️ Fat: -1.9%
⬆️ Muscle: +1.8%
Less fluff, more muscle. I’ll take it 😂💪

If you’re struggling right now, KEEP GOING. ❤️
Progress isn’t always pretty. Some days you’ll feel unstoppable, and other days you’ll wonder if anything you’re doing is even working.
But those hard days? They still count.
Keep showing up. Keep making the next good choice. Keep reminding yourself why you started.
You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to not give up. 💪🔥
Your future self is going to be SO damn proud you kept going. ❤️
Any other LGBTQ+ people here using GLP-1s?
I noticed there aren’t a ton of spaces specifically for LGBTQ+ people going through weight loss with medications like Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, tirzepatide or semaglutide, so I started a private Facebook support group.
It’s LGBTQ+ focused, allies are welcome, and it’s just meant to be another supportive space to talk about progress, nutrition, side effects, fitness, body image and everything that comes along with the journey.
If the mods are okay with it, I’m happy to share the link!

🌈💉 I created a new Facebook group!
Recently, I’ve realized that some groups just aren’t as welcoming as they claim to be. I experienced a lot of homophobic comments in one Facebook group, and it made me decide it was time to leave.
Instead of staying somewhere I didn’t feel comfortable, I created a new group dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community and our allies. My goal is to build a supportive, respectful space where people can connect, share their experiences, and encourage one another without fear of judgment or discrimination.
Everyone deserves to feel welcome, supported, and safe.
LGBTQ+ GLP-1 Support & Weight Loss is a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ people who are using, considering, or learning about medications like tirzepatide, semaglutide, Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Ozempic.
Whether you’re just starting, dealing with side effects, working toward a weight-loss goal, looking for meal ideas, or simply wanting support from people who understand—you belong here. ❤️
This group is about encouragement, honest conversations, progress, and creating a judgment-free community where everyone can feel comfortable sharing their journey.
