Hi guys! Im planning on weaning fully at 12-15 mo. My daughter is 10 months old now, how did weaning go for you? Any tips? And did you lose weight by having a more normal appetite? I've gained 20 lbs while nursing and i feel really horrible about my body image. Am really hoping to lose it once i stop. Need some positive thoughts on this! 🤞🏼✨ thx :)
