I bought some Cloudflare post lay-off and I am wondering if it makes sense to keep it as analysts suggest selling it?

I am trying to cut losses, I guess.

Thoughts?

I am considering buying an apartment built in 1972. It has a night storage heater containing asbestos. If I buy the apartment, I would be replacing it as I am afraid of.. asbestos. I am trying to understand the costs associated with that. What would be the approximate amount?

I was told that removal and disposal would be 300-400€ per unit but would appreciate information from people who have dealt with something like this.

I need to hire a gutachter to check the partement I am considering to purchase. Nothing fancy, sadly.

Considering buying an apartment there but I’ve read mixed opinions. Some say it’s very loud, others say that it’s quite quiet and cozy. Anyone with experience of living there willing to share pros and cons?

I have 750€ a month that I can invest long-term (up to 5 purchase transactions a month in total; minimum 5 years of holding)

I am thinking about ETFs, European defense companies and a bit of Bitcoin.

Which platform would you advise to use? I was thinking about Interactive Brokers but was advised not to because it might be a pain dealing with USD-EUR currency exchange or smth…
