I have some kind of lump in my neck, at the back, around the top vertebrae, I think. It feels like a piece of bone or something like that when I press on it with my fingers. I can sometimes feel it less based on neck position. I don't appear to have symptoms caused by it. I remember noticing it a long time ago, maybe a year or even more, but I forgot about it until recently. Is this something everyone has?

Doesn't matter which champion I'm playing, I get an S or S+ rank every time and yet I lose. Is there something I'm missing? Am I just *that* unlucky? How is this possible? I was playing without any tilt, just chilling and doing well, and yet I don't think there has been even a single close game in all of my games today. Every time we end up backed into our base and defending an open nexus from minute 15ish to minute 30ish. Why am I getting these uncarriable teams? Is this some new kind of leaver penalty (I had to go afk midgame yesterday)?
