Hi! Has anyone done Renown Health's New Grad RN program? If so, how was the process? What unit? What was the interview like? Did you feel supported? TIA

New Grad RN
Hi all! I'm graduating this August from nursing school with my BSN. I'm a California native and just like every new graduate, it's been difficult securing a job out here in the Bay. I applied for Mayo Clinic's new nurse residency program for the Rochester campus and I was invited to interview (virtually) with a Registered Nurse Placement Coordinator.
Has anyone done this process before? Any tips?
