My wife hates bratwurst in the casing, but I got a bunch free so I was wondering if I could just take the meat out of casings and what kind of recipes would go good with raw bratwurst meat?

My eyes feel like theres pressure pushing them outward or something. It usually starts after a meal, not 100 percent sure what kind of meal but it seems like anything sugary makes it worse. They look perfectly normal, not swollen, red, bulging etc though. I’m a 30yo man, about 40lbs overweight, slightly high blood pressure. Any ideas what this could be?
I see hunger strikes used as a form of protest, but why would this work? Why would anyone care that adults are willingly starving themselves to get what they want?
I have high blood pressure and obviously need to lose weight for one, but I’m looking online and I can’t find a reasonable answer. Half the people say OMAD cured their hypertension, then I see studies that say it actually increases your blood pressure… what is your experience? EDIT : I know I need to go to a doctor, that’s not what I’m asking
It seems like every city and suburb in every state is being inundated with apartments, tract homes etc in the last few years yet apartments that are already built remain full and high priced. What in the world happened? How are there so many of these going up and being filled?
