Im 18 F, 54kg, 5'7, Caucasian. I hate posting my pictures online, but this feels necessary.

Age order of pictures, 18 years, 2 months, 3 years, 4 years, 6 years, 11 years old.

A few years back, my estranged mother bragged to me about how she constantly used cannabis while pregnant. I am unsure if she took any other substances or drank alcohol. My father was an alcoholic, but I don't know if that would have had any effect on me. I was having a conversation with someone earlier today (someone well versed in this subject and who i trust very much) and she commented on my appearance. She believes I might have FAS. Specifically, my law, chin and ears.

When I was a toddler, my daycare carer and preschool teachers all asked my mother multiple times if I had any conditions, and raised their concerns about my appearance, and that they believed there might have been some undiagnosed conditions. Specifically the space between my eyes. I was never taken to any doctors for an examination.

I was a premature baby, because doctors noticed my development and vitals had plateaued and I was born 1 month early by emergency C-section. I was underweight at 2 pounds 7 ounces.

I have tooth resorption, which I now know can be caused by drug usage during pregnancy. My growth stunted at 12 years old, mentally and physically. I have been 5'7 since then. I have Autism, adhd, dyscalculia, among other neurological conditions.

Please help me, does this look like herpes? I’m so afraid that it is and I’m so scared. I was seeing this guy and he pressured me into having sex without a condom and I just tested positive for chlamydia a few days ago and am treating it but I’m so scared abt having STDs now and this popped up a couple of days ago. It kinda peeled off easily and was flat raw skin at first but now I’m just stressing myself out. I have a doctors appointment but it isn’t until Monday and now I’m just gonna be stressing over the weekend. I feel like such an idiot and my life is over. He was the first guy I ever had sex with too so i feel terrible.

I got a bug bite on my ankle yesterday. I think I scratched it in my sleep and this morning I woke up and it was swollen

I made sure not to scratch it all day and I took allergy meds and used hydrocortisone cream but it’s getting worse

It hurts to walk and put weight on it

Pictures do not do it justice like it is very swollen compared to my other foot. It is also hard to touch. I also just have general body aches and don’t feel well but I don’t have a fever so idk if I’m just being paranoid lol

I did a marking on it but I marked it after I got home today so it was already very swollen and I don’t know if it grew before that

Urgent cares are closed for the night but I’m not sure if this is just a normal reaction especially since I might’ve scratched it last night and I saw some other post which scared me about needing to go to the hospital, being in America I would like to avoid the hospital but I also don’t wanna die in my sleep 😅 I feel like I’m being dramatic so I could just use some reassurance lol

I've been getting kinda paranoid over it these days. I am 32F, 160cm and 54-55 kg. I've never been overweight but i have stretch marks for unknown reasons. I walk a lot, spento doesn't hurt to walk at all. Tight clothes leave dents after one evening of use, my elbows leave dents on my legs when i rest on them. I've been underweight in my teens (the lowest was 42 kg). I take the pill, along with eutirox (hypothyroidism). I quit smoking in January. I don't know if i can say i bruise easily, i do get random bruises sometimes. The ones in the photos are mosquitoes bites. The one thing that i find weird is how the skin "bumps" on the side of my ankles. Is it just cellulite? Thank you very much.

I've been able to faily see the pulse there for as long as I can remember, but as I was getting dressed today, I noticed it was way more pronounced than before. I wasn't moving, sucking in, even held my breath to see if it was from my breathing. Any idea why it would suddenly be this pronounced? Cause for concern or just a normal thing? Thanks!

32F, normal BMI (167 cm of height, 58 kg of weight), chronic fatigue for 1.5 year (since April 2025), laparoscopic cholecystectomy in January 2026, suspected mild hypothyroidism since June 2026 and I am taking levothyroxine for 2 months but I am not overmedicated (doctor upped my dose 1 week ago as my TSH was still not as he wanted and my FT3, FT4 were on the lower side).

From November 2025 my neutrophils are falling down and they're lower in 2026 than they used to be in 2025 and always (they always were higher than 3, now they're more like 2). I noticed I have more lymphocytes that I used to have.

Recently, I've noticed I have 0 immature granulocytes IG, so below my lab's norm. I've always had some of them present. Does it mean hematologic disease and my bone marrow not producing granulocytes?

For 2 months I also have potassium on the lower side. Before surgery in January I had my electrolytes checked and they were normal.

I was tested for lupus and other autoimmune conditions (no ANA/ANC antibodies present), no Hashimoto's or Graves', normal x-ray of chest, normal vitamins (only D3 low), normal triglicerides, normal ferritin and iron.

The rest of bloodwork looks normal.

What does it mean? I am afraid of severe illness.

please help i am a broke backpacker in ireland and am very confused!!
duration: 3 weeks - began 2 days after i arrived in ireland from australia
location: torso (chest, stomach, back, armpits, upper legs and arms).
timeline: spots first appeared on chest and seem to have spread outwards. covering areas in order listed above. spots start small (1ml) and grow to 3cm diameter max. they then flake away from the inside out. spots take almost 3 weeks to disappear and leave shinny patch behind).
symptoms: no itch, pain, burning, pus or bleeding. they are not uncomfortable.
treatments tried: changing soap/detergent, steroid/antifungal (1% w/w + 1% w/w clotrimazole/hydrocortisone), antihistamine (loratadine 10mg)
relevant background: on holiday in ireland from australia, no known skin sensitivity or conditions. have spent lots of time around a friend who has no symptoms, doctor was unsure.
any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

PLEASE HELPI have dry and peeling lips 24/7 mainly along my lip lines where lips meet. I wake up in the morning with white slimy gunk all on my inner lips and mouth then a hour later the dry sensation starts again! After talking a lot or being out for a while I get gunky white stuff on lip line again! I have tried every single lip balm on the market with no results, have tried using Vaseline, cerave healing ointment, aquaphor, lanolin you name it but nothing works at all! I’m having to apply something to my lips all day long to stop them from feeling tight dry and irritated. I have also changed toothpaste to no SLS, changed shampoos to no sls but nothing I try seems to make any difference whatsoever! Have been to derms for swabs but all come back negative and all the advice they give is use Vaseline!! If anyone has any idea what I can do or any advice I would really really appreciate it!

Hello. Female, 22, 175 cm, smoker. I noticed today that my pupils pulsate, I mean they expand then constrict no matter the light. I read that it is called hippus. I don’t have other symptoms. My concern is that I need to leave to go on vacation tomorrow and I can’t see a doctor now. Should I be worried?

I have had bleeding or and on recently with a large lump that protrudes outwards then goes back in, but it doesn't come out of the anus more left of it. All the doctors I have been to say it's an internal hemorrhoid and or external hemorrhoid. I worry it maybe something else with the color of the blood and the amount that comes out after I pass a stool. I have been upping my fiber and take a stool softener every day for a while now, but I am still experiencing these symptoms.

This infection/rash thing started 3 days ago and got worse yesterday so my brother went to urgent care. They said it was cellulitis and gave him a 5 day course of ic sulfamethoxazole-tmp ds. Today it’s gotten more red and the redness has spread more. It also started to leak a little bit, nothing too crazy. It also hurts him to walk but I’m assuming that’s because it’s on the back of his knee?

Is this normal for cellulitis or should he go back to urgent care or the ER?

For about a week and a half now the tip of my tongue has been burning as though I ate something extremely sour. The pain is constant and gets worse when I eat or drink
I haven’t eaten anything remotely sour or spicy or even hot as of late, and I feel like a week is far too long for it to still hurt
I included two pictures about the back of my tongue is far bumpier than I remember, and I’m unsure if that changes
anything

F22, 220lbs, I’m on Lamotrigine, Sertraline, and abilify

So these two spots have shown up on my pubis area and didnt know if anyone had any advice as to what they are?
They aren’t itchy or painful but worried they could be something that I could pass on.

The next available drs appointment (which I have booked) is halfway through september so just wanted some advice in the meantime!

I am 21 female and have oral sex 4 days and two days ago, I recently got this sharp sore throat pain, hurtsss to swollow/eat/drink, my throat has white spots when i put my tongue down but it’s hard to see since they’re more to the back. I’ve never had white spots on my tonsils.

Small bump ~2mm on inner thigh about 3" from groin crease. Wasn't sure what it is. Noticed two weeks ago but def could have been there longer only noticed with flashlight.
