I have tested positive for hsv1. Got it from an ex, I haven’t had an outbreak, or anything. I just don’t know where to go from here, I’m afraid to date and put myself out there, and being rejected. I know it’s highly common and the stats, but the stigma is what kills. I’m a 38 year male just looking for advice.
