Locked out of All but Two Exams for A&P 1 8 Week Session - Professor Heidi McDonald
I am hoping for guidance on this cause it’s bizarre and idk what’s going on.
So for every exam but 2 I have taken I have been suspended from them. I have followed protocol, had no additional windows open but as soon as I open them up I get this error message after completely all security check points.
I contacted Proctorio who said the only person who could submit a ticket on my behalf is the professor
The professor has ignored my emails about it consistently but it seems based on what Proctorio she has some setting in place suspending me from my exams.
Why I have no idea?
All other course work I have completed as I am supposed to.
I am probably going to fail the entire course because I haven’t been able to take most of my exams for the course which is unfair because I studied and did the work.
What should I do?? I am on Travel Assingment for work so I’m not in the Dallas area to test this summer
