I will be starting fall 2026 at el centro campus. How to navigate parking? Help

I spent hours going over my classes and teachers that worked with my preferences. My classes are online but I work well over 40 hours a week so I was looking for teachers that allow you to work ahead and stuff. I got a full semester of teachers to fit my needs. I logged on today to check if the semester has been updated and I noticed my US government class was a different number and I have a different teacher. I checked them on rate my professor and they have mostly 1 ratings talking about how they are unprofessional, unorganized, and send wrong information and wrong exams out then give you bad grades for not taking the right exams. 1 if that’s true why are they still here and 2 why wasn’t I notified of a class change? All other classes are full so I can’t even find a different teacher and it’s my last semester for my degree so I can’t just push it off tell the spring or winter as I only have 13 credit hours and need to remain full time.

I looked it up and it said today at 8 am but i haven't seen mine yet. Just wondering if its just me or if its everyone?

for anyone that’s previously attended, how long does it take for them to distribute fafsa or pell grant refunds for fall semester. just curious cus i need to buy a laptop

Is anyone seeing that they have no classes for the fall 2026 semester even though they have online courses? Usually by now it shows that you have ones you're registered for even though they don't start for a few days. Even for my in person classes they usually show up by now. Mine is showing nothing when i checked today even though I am still registered for all of them. I double checked in Workday and it says I am.

Long story short, I was taking a short summer course, and didn't pay tuition and was planning to withdraw, but then couldn't log into my account because there was no reset password button. I was told that I would be dropped if I didn't pay which I was fine with, but then I looked today after the summer class ended, and I was never dropped, and now there's a $1k charge on my account. I don't plan to take classes at dallas college again, but will they send debt collectors for this?

Hello! Has anyone been experiencing issues with their email and it not allowing you to access it or add it into the outlook app. It shows an error message and says it’s not a valid email or they can’t find it in the system.
I’m afraid to miss a email for the Level 1 start.

Hey guys! Is it just me or can yall not make an appointment with your Advisor? I have been going into the Navigate app since Friday trying to schedule a meeting with any advisor at this point, and it is not giving me the option. I’ve even tried to email my advisor and it bounced back telling me to go through the Navigate app.

Has anyone gotten their pell grant yet i got an email on the 11th saying its been disbursed but I haven't gotten anything yet! Im hoping to get it earlier if not not I'll most likely get it in September 😓!

I requested my transcript but it does not show my course credits for Summer 2. On greenlight, it just shows the transcript as ready but not with the course I just took. Do I request a new one or how do I have it updated? I can’t figure out how to request a new one or have it sent to my university. Final grades have been finalized and I really need to urgently send it over to my university. The course was a prerequisite to take my last class to finally graduate. I sent my advisor my official final grades and she said that was sufficient for now.

I recently finished Summer I and requested transcript from green light.
In the meantime i was taking Summer II classes at same time. Now the class is ended and the grades are posted, green light still shows the earlier Summer I transcript.
The grades Summer II are posted in account but not updated in green light transcript .
How do i request the updated transcript that includes Summer II grades too?

Does dallas college use canvas or something else? i’m taking pharmacology this fall and im not sure where to find my class

Has anyone taken professor Hamidreza Safaei for OChem1? If so, what was the professor like and what grade did you get in the class? I can't find anything about the professor on ratemyprofessor so any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you :)

I was approved for full financial aid for the Fall. I registered for two classes for first 8 weeks, then a day or two later I got a message saying my award has been revised and it became half for half time.

Then a couple days later I just registered for 2 more courses for 2nd 8 weeks fall but didnt get the notification its revised and its still showing financial aid 1/2 for fall.

Is it gonna update on its own? Anyone know?

Anyone who has taken MATH 2414 with Jonathon Verwys at Dallas College — could I DM you about the final? 😭 I just have a few questions about what to expect/how to prepare.

In my humanities class my professor claims my paper has 85% AI decayed but only said something just now but the class ends in a few days. What do you do in these cases cause I know damn well I didn’t use AI. And why not say something sooner
