I've been searching for this game for awhile and I didn't have any clue at all, I remember that in the game we start in a cave with a pistol (there's also a rifle etc.) and start shooting bugs, the cave has this orange ish vibes and the music is sooo memorable to me, the game also has looting mechanics and there's like rarity to the weapon too (rare, legendary)
