186 DE Approval Rate External Auditor
Hi
My employer is an accredited company which is mid-tier accounting firm. I am currently on 485 expiring this December 2026. They plan to sponsor me on a 186 DE as I have atleast 2 yrs experience offshore in the relevant industry. But I had more of a junior role, just 11 months of senior role.
I applied as a junior in my current company and working here for 1.5 yrs now. I was wondering is the quality of my previous experience can impact my approval rate? Even though i have met the minimum requirements for 186 DE
Also, out of all the requirements, i only have right now the english exam. I still have to do skills assessment.
I have an offer from another firm of 482 and leaning towards TRT pathway. So I’m heavily weighing two pathways based on my situation now.
