Its come a pretty long way. Had to make my own color by mixing various paints for this one. This is by far my favorite paint job on any of my builds. Its almost done! Just looking to add a hip attachment or weapon to the R. Thigh and its practically finished. Next thing up is just a weapon🤨
Was originally meant to be a 1 to 1 copy of my in game halo reach spartan, but it kept evolving into a more beefed up, tactical operator build. I left my true to in-game form build to my McFarlane figure. Still thinking of adding more accessories to it, perhaps a backpack and a magnum hanging off of the side of the right thigh but im VERY happy with where this build is at rn. I think this bad boy is ready for PHOTO OPS

Im aiming to make a 4.5 in spartan using a Rakshasa kit from hottestfuzzcustoms, but im not really sure whats out there. I know World of Halo figures that aren’t already spartans are too small, most star wars TVC figures are human sized and therefore too small unless they are aliens - which is just incompatible. Im aware joytoy makes 3.75 to 4 in figures but even those probably wont be comparable in size to the World of Halo scale spartans. I could really use some help and anyone that can point me in the right direction.
Converted my World of Halo H4 Vault Master Chief into this guy right here. Hes strapped to the nines. He seems pretty complete to me but something tells me I might go back and revisit this build and add some more details. Might give him a squad of some Halo reach marine builds made out of WoH’s marines
Made this originally with a Star Wars TVC mandalorian super commando with the ODST kit from hottestfuzzcustoms. Was super fun and tricky making this. The nature of these pieces being so small was definitely a challenge. All of the shin/thigh armor practically shattered when I tried to fit it on. Its no surprise these small-scaled parts are so fragile. I ended up doing my own level of kit bashing. I just cut off the lower half of the TVC torso and replaced it with a WOH ODST torso and legs. Just glued it in place so I could have that figures waist and legs for this build. Came out better than expected!
The paint job was inspired by the Halo Legends “the babysitter” episode! Just needs a minty blue visor paint job and its basically done
Gonna try making a helldivers 2 odst build in this scale soon as well!
In the process of making my customs, I keep thinking to myself how much better some decals would make my builds. I have a couple odst or other Spartan builds that would benefit from those details.
This is where its at, and where its going lol it was originally the black and yellow odst. But now its making its ways to being complete. I have some parts coming in from hoidaresinprints on etsy to add the finishing helmet attachments and shoulder armor. But so far the foundation has been laid. Were 75% there!
This guy was made on a Notaman body standing at 6.5 in. All other parts beyond the base armor from dtg’s kit are from alechoida (helmet, chest armor, thigh attachments, shoulders and gun). super fun making this build!
Still a WIP with various spots I need to go over with paint but the build is nearly complete. Just waiting on a couple attachments for the helmet to come in and its just about done!!

Impulse bought these brand new and in their original (unopened) packaging in july '26 - primarily to use their packaging for other figures/projects.
