I restored this BOTCHED Hayabusa figure I acquired some time ago.
Started by removing the orange paint only to find that it had stained the existing White leaving it a P P yellow. (Was much harsher in person)
I then went ahead and started the restoration process, painting it titanium white I believe, then added the gloss on top of the white (hard to see in pictures, but it’s there) and then a black wash to really make the details pop, followed by re painting the black bits in matte black.
My goal here was to try to get it looking as factory as possible without overdoing it and him blending in with the rest of his squad mates.
The final results, I ended up with a custom offset Spartan. I utilized a cyan EOD chest piece that was also botched in paint.

For starters, CE Chief doesn't have the weapons he came with, so I have to use an Infinite AR as he came with another version of that weapon (gave the other to Halo 4 Chief). As for Linda-058, everything is in rude health...until I saw that she's missing the storage panel on her left thigh and the sniper rifle is warped

Also, the CE Chief is the one with the useless knees

So yeah. I like them, but I also regret getting them for these issues, particularly the useless knees on CE Chief

This is where its at, and where its going lol it was originally the black and yellow odst. But now its making its ways to being complete. I have some parts coming in from hoidaresinprints on etsy to add the finishing helmet attachments and shoulder armor. But so far the foundation has been laid. Were 75% there!

Llevaba meses acumulando Spartans y en algún punto mi escritorio ya parecía zona de guerra en vez de exhibición. Terminé diseñando estas bases hexagonales para darle a cada uno su propio espacio, y de paso poder acomodarlos como escuadrón cuando quiero la foto grupal, o separarlos si quiero destacar a uno en específico.

Lo que más me gustó del resultado es que, al ser hexagonales, encajan entre sí sin importar el orden; puedo ir agregando piezas conforme crece la colección sin tener que rediseñar todo el layout.

I have no memory of where this Kat with 2 arms came from. Was this part of a special set? I haven't seen one on eBay that I can remember.

Hi guys, I’m getting back into collecting McFarlane Halo figures and I purchased these three elites with no helmets. I found where I can purchase the helmets but I’ll need to paint them. Does anyone know the best primers and paints to achieve this? I’m also wondering the exact colours of the Elite Officer Green, Elite Minor Invasion Purple & Elite Minor Blue, if possible. Also curious on how to get the best finish. If anyone can help me figure out the closest colour to match the body armour, it’s greatly appreciated.

Not sure if allowed since It’s not a figure, but still halo merch. Anyone have one of these? I use it as my wedding band. Had it since they released maybe 2 years ago? It’s hold up really well! So far no missing studs or anything. It’s the biggest size which is 11 I believe, it fit perfect.

Jazwares Halo figures may and kinda are bad but I love how picturesque they are.
