Tracking Saturated Fat

What is everyone using to track saturated fat? I usually do it mentally, although I think I underestimate sometimes.

I live in Australia where the labelling of food is great, saturated fat content is included in nearly all packaging.

I recently started using the Fitbit App to track my food intake, although it only tracks total fat, not saturated fat.

Is anyone else put there using an app to track saturated fat?

The main reason I am asking is becuase 6 months ago I got a result of LDL 43, I just re-tested and am LDL 70 although ApoB stayed at 60.

I did stop taking plant sterols because I have heard that it can be atherogenic, without you knowing. I need to look into this further. I may have also increased my saturated fat without realising.
