Walked 7.5km to work every day for 31 days — lost 3.88 kg

From April 18 to May 18 (31 days), I committed to walking ~7.5km to work every single day.

**Results:**

- **Total distance**: 246.36 km

- **Total time**: 46 hours 46 minutes

- **Total calories burned**: 17,835 kcal

- **Weight lost**: **3.88 kg** (from 72.28 kg → 68.4 kg)

I did this while wearing leather shoes, sometimes in the rain (used cardboard as makeshift umbrella once 😂), and kept my diet very simple (mostly veggies + eggs + occasional sardines).

Body fat % stayed around 18.5%, visceral fat still at level 8.0. Weight fluctuated a lot due to water retention, but overall trend is downward.

Not a crazy transformation, but 246 km and nearly 4 kg lost with just consistent walking feels pretty good. Discipline > intensity.
