Anyone else experienced this with GCash?
Back in Dec 2025, I paid for 2 Jomashop orders totaling around ₱6.7k and both payments went through successfully. After almost 4 months, GCash suddenly texted me saying one of the transactions was “unsuccessful” and deducted another ₱2.6k from my account.
I already contacted Jomashop and they confirmed they only charged me once and never requested another payment.
GCash support just keeps transferring me around with no clear answer. I also filed a complaint with BSP last May 22 and until now wala pa ring update or resolution.
