Boas, pessoal. É a primeira vez que me acontece este erro e confesso que fiquei um bocado preocupado. Acabei de fazer um pagamento e, passados uns 30 minutos, tentei aceder à app para ver o saldo e dá-me sempre o erro: "Informação sobre conta não disponível".
Não consigo ver o saldo nem fazer qualquer operação. Está a acontecer o mesmo a mais alguém por aí ou será um problema geral do BPI neste momento? Obrigado!
To be honest, I am one of those folks na di nagtitingin ng notifications sa mga banking apps ko. And ngayon ko lang din napansin na may notif pala sa netbank ko, and to my surprise, tada! Mawawala na pala ang free transfer ni Netbank. Looks like need ko na ilipat funds ko na nadito.
I am using this for its 4% interest which is a bit higher than some other digital banks. Okay lang din sakin na from unli free transfer ay naging 10 free transfers per day sila kasi di ko naman nauubos yun. But with this incoming ₱5.00 instapay fee, baka eto na yung sign na need ko na maglipat ng funds.

I actually have never noticed this before. I only have Gcash because sometimes 'yan lang rin 'yung gamit ng friends/family ko. So I use it to accommodate them and transfer agad sa e-wallet/bank na I use more than the others.
