I cannot transfer my money from my Deceased Mom's gcash to mine

Ano kaya possible gawin?

Asking for tips lang kasi triny ko sa help center ng gcash sa chat with gigi sabi wala raw siya info about sa ganun😅 I tried na rin mag email sa Gcash kaso automated reply ang bumalik sakin advising na gamitin ko Help center nila. So dumiretso na rin ako sa BSP if ever. Sayang kasi yung pera namali ako ng send😭 May way kaya to recover that?

In need of genuine advice as fresh grad with VA work

I just started working. I'm a fresh graduate and had been able to land a job remotely. Pa 1month na ako sa work and still nalilito pa rin ako sa set up and workflow. Nagkakamali pa rin ako minsan sa mga inuutos pero may araw naman na okay naman. Normal pa ba to? o dapat ba by now gets ko na lahat? I had transferable skills naman and confident naman ako sa skills ko pero grabe talaga humbling experience ang work makes you think na baka di ka talaga magaling noon e, baka luck lang.

There are times na I'm making mistakes and when that happens I was feeling down and see myself as a failure if may manotice sila na mistake from my end though they say they understand I'm still learning and all and nothing personal. I still had this notion na I feel competent though I don't make mistakes every day. Am I being harsh to myself or is it right for me to think this way?

Also, ninonotes ko naman mga need ko tandaan and I always ask for clarification or help, as advised din naman nila pero wanted to show them kasi na I'm capable.

Ano ba ang range of week/months na dapat gets at alam mo na ang workflow ng company.

genuinely asking for advice.
