Pero ano sabi ng CS, may interest charge pa daw kahit nabayadan na bago pa mag due date, at take note, pagtingin ko sa transaction history ko may 2 autorepayment na ginawa ang Gcredit amounting to 8pesos soemthing, so di pa ba bayad yun 9 pesos na yun?! At wala naman nagreflect sa account ko na 9.32 edi sana binayadan ko na, kung kelan may 200 na penalty na ako saka nio pa sasabihin?! At ano, nagpenalty pa din ako kahit bayad na ako full amount, GCredit ngani! Di naman kayo GLoan! Kainis!
there was an autodebit transaction from my account today even though wala akong subscriptions and wala akong nilink na ganung merchant. nacheck ko na ng mabuti yung apple and google. nakalagay na merchant is: SHARPWORK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. and when i checked nakalink nga yung merchant na yun sa gcash ko which naunlink ko na agad (makikita niyo sa photos). nagsubmit na rin ako ng report sa GCash. is there any way na marerefund pa yung amount? 😭 and how can i be sure na safe na uli gamitin yung gcash ko kasi baka maglink uli ng di ko alam.

Is it still in the blocked GCash account? They said the money didn't go back to her bank account, and the fund transfer went through.

Hello po, ano pong pwede kong gawin para matransfer na po ng gcash yung pera ko? kasi bsp escalated naman na po siya and na escalate naman na po ng customer escalation ng gcash, however mag-iisang buwan na po kasi itong complain ko and yung customer escalation is hindi na po nagrereply sa akin regarding sa transfer ng funds ko, tumatawag tawag naman po ako occasionally sa customer service nila pero until now wala pa rin po talagang action ang gcash. Kailangan ko na po kasi ng pera at ang mahal po ng libro namin, 1st year pa lang po ako kailangan ko na po kasi talaga yung pera ko.

Why does it happen? First of all, the number I’m using is brandnew, and doesn't have an account before. I just created my account 2 days ago, managed to verify it yesterday, then fast forward to today. Now, when I try to submit documents, it doesn't work. And sometimes, it flags my device as unsafe and using accessibility features when I don’t. Then I log in again, now it works fine. How do I fix this? Not even the help centre helped, I tried creating a ticket but I can't submit a file that proves I have been using it, when I had just created it.

Hello po. Hindi ko po ma-verify GCash account ko gamit paper type National ID dahil wala pa po akong card type. Sinubukan ko rin pong magpa-verify gamit ang eGov app, pero laging "Incorrect Information" ang lumalabas kahit tama naman po ang details na inilalagay ko. Sa GCash verification naman po, palaging nagkakaroon ng "Face Scan Error." Last week pa po ako nag v-verify sa egov pero same result lang.
May paraan po ba para makakuha ng card type na National ID, o may kailangan po ba akong i-email o i-submit para ma-verify ang account ko?

Updated naman yung app and may mobile data naman. Di tuloy magamit gcash outside for payment dahil dto. Kahit paulit ulit iopen yung gcash ganyan pa din.

But when i try to open my gcash in device#1 this is what i see and after a few seconds of that, the app automatically exits. How do i log out in device#1?
Hello, meron bang may gcash jr. dito na naupgrade yung gcash acc into gcash adult? I created my gcash when I was 17 pero 21 na ako and yet nasa gcash jr. pa rin, ive tried contacting gcash regarding it pero ang sinasabi lang sakin ay dapat daw yung parent account ng gcash jr. yung magdelete pero in my case kasi nawala na yung sim card na ginamit para gawin yung gcash jr. ko kya hindi na sya madelete, cinontact ko ulit gcash pero parang bot lang yung nagrereply, kesyo hinihingan ako ng version ng gcash app ko and phone, date of issue kineme pero ala rin namang nangyayari. triny ko na rin gumawa ng bagong account pero nalilink lang din sa gcash jr. ko kaya ganon pa rin yung limit. ive exhausted my options na, kaya want ko sana na idelete nalang pero ultimo yon hindi inaallow ni gcash
