Hello po. Is anyone here experiencing the same thing? May nagtetext na for apple services daw. I’ve checked my Settings and App store lahat naman wala akong subscriptions. Nakakatakot magkalaman ang Gcash kasi baka ma-autodebit again. Baka po may alam how I can resolve this?
so nagrerequest ako to transfer my funds from old to new and i am here na sa part where i have to upload some pics. now, i sent it mga 2am na so i think okay maybe walang magreply kasi 2am. until now wala parin so should i send another set of photos? or just wait it out? TYIAAA

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the experience I’ve had trying to recover access to my GCash account after my registered SIM was deactivated.
I understand that security measures are important, but it feels impossible to reach an actual human representative for urgent concerns like this. Your automated systems and AI support are not helping at all when the user cannot even access the app properly. I keep being redirected to Gigi or the Help Center, yet the page either becomes unavailable or sends me in circles without resolving anything.
This is a financial platform handling people’s money, yet the support process feels inaccessible and unreliable during urgent situations. I can no longer receive OTPs, cannot log in to my account, and I have funds inside that I urgently need access to. The lack of direct assistance has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety.
I am respectfully requesting immediate human assistance regarding:
Recovery of my GCash account
Updating my registered mobile number
Access to my remaining funds
I am willing to provide valid government IDs, selfies, verification details, and any supporting documents required to confirm ownership of the account.
I sincerely hope this concern is escalated to an actual support representative instead of another automated reply. Users deserve accessible and reliable customer service, especially when their money and account access are involved.

hi po, first time po namin maka-encounter ng ganito. hindi namin alam kung ano purpose ng gloan sa gcash. nagcash in po kasi kami ng 750 para pangload sana sa wifi namin. kaso maya maya e dineduct sya ng gcash as gloan daw.

Nagkamali ako ng number na napag sendan ng pera. Mula bank acc to gcash... makukuha kopa kaya yun? Reachable yung number nung X recipient pero hindi sya sumasagot o reply sa txt/call ehh. I'm hoping someone can help, that one number is wrong. The person I sent it to isn't cooperating; I can call them but they don't answer. I've also texted them and reported it to Gcash and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. If you know or are familiar with the number, please DM me. The amount that was lost is significant. I'll just put the initials of their Gcash in the comments. I know it's my fault, huhu.

I turned 18 on March but we tried to verify it on January with GCash Jr or something like that, but ultimately cancelled the process since it was only 2 months away. But now this thing hasn't verified me in 5 months I don't know what the issue is😭

Meron akong na receive na message na may link galing gcash. Hindi ko lang alam kung aware ang gcash dito. Mukang scam yung link na binigay, buti nalang hinarang ng cloudfare.
Last May 3 I received SMS notification from Gcash saying na I paid (thru card payment as per sa Gcash app) the amounts indicated on the first picture. I don't have any subscription sa Facebook na content creator. Even myself is not a content creator or business owner that uses Facebook for ads. I checked my accounts settings, possible subscriptions and running ads link sa profile ko pero wala ako nakita. So ni-lock ko muna ung card ko for the meantime and changed my MPIN
Then this afternoon I received another SMS from Gcash giving me temporary MPIN. So nag-open ako agad ng Gcash. Pero di ko nilagay yung temporary MPIN na binigay, instead I used the MPIN I registered 2 weeks ago. Tapos reply ng Gcash thru SMS giving me authentication code to change ung existing ko na MPIN because expired na nga daw.
Question is possible ba na phishing ito? Everytime kasi na magpaparesend ako ng new authentication code loading lang ng loading ung app tapos magrereply lang ulit ung Gcash na i-enter ko yung authentication code na binigay nila earlier. I thought magiiba dapat ng authentication code kapag nagrequest ulit pero for this case wala loading lang tiga. Also I notice yung "yyAfcYn/qSW". Ano ba yan? Parang recycled link sa mga SMS ng Gcash
