Hey all, been looking for about a year for a full-time editor/producer who can actually craft a story AND is somewhat fluent in After Effects. That combo has been harder to find than I expected.

Heads up: a chunk of our work is political content, which has turned people off in the past.

Two questions:
1. Where do you go to find editors with story chops + solid motion graphics?
