Unauthorized Transaction
Disputed already with Security Bank one day after the transaction. No OTP received. They blocked and will be replacing my card. Any idea if these transactions will reflect on my next billing statement if left unresolved and whether I should pay the same? I am planning to raise a complaint with BSP if my dispute is denied, any chances BSP will also deny my complaint? Can I go to court? As far as I know, banks are required to exercise extraordinary diligence.
