AITA for refusing to keep covering for my coworker after finding out why she was always running late?

i work in a small office where there are only five of us on the morning shift so when someone is late everybody notices because the workload immediately falls on the rest of us. For the last few months, one coworker has been coming in late at least 2–3 times a week. Usually anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour late. She always had a stressful excuse family emergency, traffic, sick relative, car issues, etc. I felt bad for her, so whenever our manager asked questions, I’d usually smooth things over and say something like she messaged us already or we’ve got it handled. A couple of us were basically doing parts of her work until she arrived because we didn’t want customers waiting around. Last Friday, I found out completely by accident that she wasn’t dealing with emergencies at all. I follow a local café on Instagram, and they reposted her story because she’s apparently friends with the owner. The story was timestamped during work hours and showed her hanging out there with coffee and brunch. I honestly thought maybe it was old until I saw her walk into work 45 minutes later carrying the same drink from the video. I didn’t say anything to her directly because I hate confrontation, but later that day our manager asked me again if Lena had told us she’d be late. Normally I would’ve covered for her, but this time I just said, I actually don’t know where she is. Apparently Lena got written up because this had been an ongoing issue and management realized people had been covering for her. Now she’s furious at me because she says I “threw her under the bus and could’ve at least warned her first instead of suddenly switching up. Some coworkers think I did the right thing because everyone was tired of picking up the slack. But another coworker says I should’ve talked to Lena privately first instead of letting management handle it like that. AITA
