I love to share some nice finds in Boston for good Apartment Deals.
This is a decent Studio in Allston Area, Newly open in September 2025. They just got a nicer building open, and only a few Studio left.

👏🏽 over high ceilings with fans are nice
🍜my favorite was they have a vent suck all cooking air outside, love it cuz I cook alot.

The price was high on $3127 tbh. But with 8 weeks off cuts down to about $2606 make it better.
