Can someone explain what this policy means?
Are there 2 emails of confirmation and only the 2nd one counts or is it one? Does this mean they could cancel my ticket?
Once your booking request is finalised and then confirmed by the airline or flight provider, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS including all the details of the flight you have booked.
Your booking will remain confirmed from the moment that the airline or flight provider (collectively, The Airline ; The Airlines ) accept your booking request for reserving a plane ticket. You will receive a reservation confirmation email.
After having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the General Conditions and the particular conditions of your chosen airline, the reservation request that you make through this Website holds valid contractual value with respect to the chosen flight ticket once it is accepted or refused by the airline. The Company will inform you of said acceptance or refusal via email.
In some cases, our platform utilizes advanced pricing technologies to optimize airfare selection. These technologies analyze market trends, demand fluctuations, and historical pricing patterns to dynamically adjust airfares, ensuring competitive and market-aligned pricing at the time of booking. Please note that while the price is displayed and selected at the time of booking, in some cases the final reservation can be confirmed within four (4) days. When you book a flight through our platform, we process your reservation immediately and create a Passenger Name Record (PNR). The issuance of your electronic ticket (e-ticket) is completed within a maximum of four days from the booking confirmation. During this time, we optimize the booking to secure the best available fare. If a lower fare becomes available, we will issue the ticket at the improved price and provide you with the difference in the form of a voucher.
We inform you that the reservation confirmation email is also lasting proof of your contractual relationship with the Company, and may be consulted or printed as many times as necessary.
