Tankless hot water heater vs tank
Im buying a 2 full bath home with all the appliances(dishwasher, washer, etc) and have 3 kids. Current hot water heater is electric tank and needs to be replaced asap. Showers sometimes run a little long for the wife and oldest kid and we typically use the shower, washer, and dishwasher all at once pretty often. Just trying to get a sense of what would be the best route. Thanks in advance.

New home has no underlayment on decking beneath metal roof
Roof doesn't appear to have any leaks, does it need to be pulled up and replaced immediately or do I just need to watch it.
