The page posted this bag on their story saying it was available in limited pieces on a first come first serve basis. I made sure to be online exactly at the time they mentioned because I really liked the bag and didn’t want to miss out. I placed the order successfully, paid on Saturday, shared my address details, and was informed that the order would be shipped by Tuesday.
I was genuinely excited and looking forward to receiving it. But yesterday, while casually going through their stories, I suddenly saw them post a picture of the same bag with my name asking me to DM them. When I contacted them, they informed me that my order had been cancelled because of an inventory issue.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I honestly don’t understand why the bag was posted as available in the first place if the inventory wasn’t properly confirmed. It was disappointing, especially after the order had already been accepted and payment had been made.
To be fair, they did refund my money immediately, so I don’t have any issue regarding that.
Posting this here because the whole experience felt very unprofessional and upsetting as a customer.
