Questions about specific surgery reason and post-surgery church-going

So I've been having this shower thought about surgery through a certain context. We know that getting surgery for facial aesthetics only in itself is not too good but what if, through the context of horrible, unhealthy habits, lack of sleep during puberty and teen phase that we all know that can actually affect how you look facially.

So what if you want to get surgery because you look not quite as developed as your siblings or your parents that look significantly better and that's eating you up. It's not for any significant health reason, you're pretty fine with what you're face looks like physiologicaly. Would then getting surgery for these reasons be fine or still morally wrong?

And if you do get surgery, if you then feel much better, happier, and want to go to church now and repent, would that be a bad, guilty reason? Because before surgery, you were too distracted with how you looked to hear the preachings, etc. But now you're enthusiastic about learning about God's word. Is that fine? Thanks guys I'm just curious.
