So I just ended up buying something off of someone and as I'm preparing it to smoke, I notice little shiny fibers throughout all of it and I'm wondering if this stuff is safe to use.. it seemed pretty dang affordable so I probably should've been a little wary but idk, I thought I'd ask somewhere people might have any idea

And yes, It is absolutely legal for me to have this, I live in a legal state
