Had a customer come in today that smelled so bad I could hardly wait on the guy he smelled so bad. Then later in the day a lady came in barefoot no shoes. I was about to wait on her but we were switching out till I’m not a manager but my manager told her and she didn’t put shoes on she just continued walking barefoot. If I had waited on her I was about to tell her no shoes no service I’m I in the wrong in this situation

Why is it that we have to call managers up for gifts cards during their meal I have had to do it several times I have one manager that goes to her car on break and it I have a gift card I have to ring it up without a manager and the other one if I call her up she always comes up pissed off like it’s my fault that this stupid policy exists sorry for that rant but dollar tree needs to do something about this policy or make me a manager that way I don’t have to worry about it
