Sunny bedroom available (facing back of building away from the street) in a spacious Park Slope 3BR in a brownstone (2nd floor) — steps from great coffee, restaurants, shops, and a 7-minute walk to Prospect Park.
The room comes with a closet, desk, and AC, and can include linens. The apartment itself has generous living and dining rooms — great for relaxing or having friends over (which we love to do, in moderation). Laundromat is around the corner, 5 min walk.
Your roommates will be a journalist and graphic designer, both in our early 30s — social but respectful of quiet time, and big on keeping a clean, welcoming home. The landlady lives downstairs.
Looking for a woman in her late 20s–early 30s who’s tidy, courteous, and will treat the space with care. If that sounds like you or anyone you know, reach out! I’ll be traveling for June and some of July before settling back in.
