tipy na vegetarianske jidlo - vikend

Prosim o jakekoliv tipy kam se jit najist s vegetarianem. Srdcovka Burfi je vetsinu dne a o vikendu zavrena. Bezne restaurace maji max 1 vegetarianske jidlo a ja bych nerada, aby moje navsteva jedla smazeny syr cely vikend. Budeme se pohybovat ruzne po Ostrave, ale napriklad v Hrabuvce jsem nenasla prakticky nic, tak extra points za Hrabuvku.

infant saltwater exposure on skin

Lost here because coming from a landlocked country. We, the parents, believe that yearly seaside vacation with a lot of swimming in the sea has been helping us with our skin and allergy conditions lasting into the winter. We do enjoy these yearly vacations, so we see the benefit in that alone. We wanted the same experience this year with and for our LO - waiting until the end of the season when they turn 5 mo - going to Mediterranean seaside.

Our priority is to do what's best for our LO. Initially, I thought LO would be attached to me in a water ring sling so that they would be safe and wouldn't get hypothermia and that I'd only be dipping waist deep. Then I thought to skip that, to be safe and to bring a vessel in which we could dip and splash LO at the beach. But I'm finding information that infant should only be exposed to saltwater for a maximum of 5 minutes, after which they have to be rinsed with drinking water. Is there even any benefit in it then?

TLDR - I'm looking for research related to potential health benefits of seawater exposure in humans, especially infants under 6mo. Hoping to find out whether does it carry more risks or benefits for LO? Maybe whether exposure to seaside air would carry any benefits on its own?
