I’m hoping to get some honest feedback from experienced hosts because my occupancy has dropped much more than I expected.

I host in Tucson, Arizona, and I know summer is typically considered the slow season because of the extreme heat. However, vacancies have been increasing to the point where I’m starting to wonder if there are issues with my listing, pricing, photos, amenities, or overall strategy.
