Hello! I've been unable to get ballpark on how long refund request take to being reviewed. I've been trying to contact any support that wasn't a bot, but their email support is down and no one is one the lines for calls. I'm a bit worried as the request/ticket will become 5 days old soon and I know they don't accept any past 5 days. Is there a way to find out when? Any info would be dope, thanks
