THE WAIT IS OVER!

The two week closed beta will start on the 9th of July with a maximum of 25 beta testers

The main requirement to be a tester is to actually use the app for several days, report issues and give advices

Glyph Studio now also supports Phone 3's Glyph Matrix! Currently 8 kinds of visualizations are available, but I will add at least 4 more before releasing the app. Here is a quick sneak peak!

STROBO is just aggressive on steroids, faster on/off and faster decay, fit for songs with intense beats

You will also be able to choose the preset before converting a song, and so create playlists with songs which you created the best version of, during the live visualization this is not possible since the preset in use needs to be changed manually

Not much to say on this one, aggressive is probably the best fit for most tracks, all the pushy songs are displayed really effectively with this preset.

I want to point out that there will be an AUTO preset as well, whose effects density will be slightly customizable based on your preferences

These presets have been a thing for quite a while but I never actually showed you.

Ambient is the best suit for the calmer, dreamy songs.

​

It doesn't react to every musical event and the glyphs light up differently, one of the main features of this preset is the lower LED decay, meaning the lights will fade away in a slower and smoother way

No AI involved, the conversion works through a Pipeline.

I always wondered why the automatic sound to glyph visualization looked so bad, and I always wanted more from the glyphs, especially after seeing all the potential through the custom made ringtones. (Also I know there already are some automatic ringtone tools but they are not this easy to use and do not work as good)

The custom made ringtones have been the key to achieving this result, Claude helped me to analyze all the informations from these community made .ogg files and it learnt the mechanism to create something beautiful, this project actually started as a voice visualizer but that soon became a secondary feature.

I'm already satisfied but the app is still in beta so it can only get better from this, for example now it only works on phone 3a, but in the near future I will extend it to some other Models, almost surely I won't include Phone 3 since the matrix is something completely different and more complex.

If you want I will make another post showcasing other ringtones (custom made by the app from MP3 files in just a couple seconds as you can see from the video).
