Hey there! Anyone else in hearing phase?
100% PT military veteran who is on 3rd time applying and first appeal! I do have representation and she has requested a hearing so wish me luck! Anyone else in hearing phase? Also is it normal for them to send paperwork requesting the waiver of the 75 days?
